We offer FREE regular shipping on all orders over $150 AUD, Australia wide.

We have the following shipping methods available in Australia:

Australian Parcel Post
2-10 Business Days via Australia Post eParcel*

Australian Express Post
1-5 Business Days via Australia Post eParcel*

*We ship from Melbourne, Australia - delivery times are longer if outside of the metropolitan area.

NOTE:

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placing (this excludes orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays)

• Please allow 1-2 Buisness days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse during high volume peak periods.

• In the case that no one is available to sign for the delivery, an attempted delivery card will be left with your local Australia Post outlet details.

• When ‘authority to leave’ is selected as the delivery instruction Bae is not responsible for any theft, damage and losses of your parcel.

CLICK & COLLECT - MELBOURNE

Our click and collect service allows you to collect your online purchases directly from our warehouse:
31 Hall Street, Hawthorn East (VIC)

• Click and Collect orders will be ready to collect the following day (Monday to Friday only)
• You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up

Orders placed before 1pm may be eligible for same day pick up, to organise - please email: baewarehouse@baethelabel.com

Click & Collect hours:
Monday - Friday: 9.30am - 3.30pm
Saturday: 10.00am - 2.00pm

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders going to the United Kingdom, European Union, Mexico and New Zealand, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties & taxes.

For all other countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU* (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

* Please note If DDU is selected, you will be responsible for the paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
