What’s the status of my order?
Once you have received your shipping confirmation email you can click through to tracking details to see the status of your delivery. eParcel and DHL Express International tracking is from pick up to delivery.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Contact us right away at [email protected]. We will cover the cost of returning your item to us it can be repaired, replaced or refunded.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Hit the “submit order” button too soon? We’ll do our best to help. We work fast, so please get in touch ASAP if you would like to cancel your order and we will be able to cancel and refund the amount if your item has not been shipped yet.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Prices on the site do not include taxes or duties. For international shipping, we ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties. We ship from Australia, please check Duties and taxes in your country before ordering to avoid an unwanted surprise.
How long will I have to wait to receive something I purchased via pre-order?
Pre-order times vary, but it will be worth the wait! Check the product detail page for a guide on when the expected delivery date of your order will be available to ship. Items will generally ship within 2 days of the expected delivery date specified. If there is any delay outside of this window, you will be notified via email.
What happens if I purchase another piece from your range that is not pre-order in the same order?
Ah, good news! We will send out your available item immediately and your Pre-Order item when it has arrived in our warehouse. Win-win really! *International Customers excluded.
FIT AND SIZING
How will I know which size will fit me best?
Our Size Guide is a good starting point to determine your size. We have accounted for bust and bump growth to make things easier so you can order your pre-pregnancy size.
Be sure to read the product’s description details. If an item fits a certain way or if there is anything important you should know, we will mention it here.

Do you have anywhere I can try things on?
Currently BAE is exclusively sold online. From time to time we participate in Exhibitions and Fairs within Australia. Details of these events will be posted on our Instagram and Facebook pages. Follow us there to keep up to date with where we may pop up next!

Yes! You can see our pregnancy specific size Guide here. We have detailed the most important measurements for you to consider during your pregnancy to help you make an informed decision.

What is your domestic returns policy?
Not quite right? That’s OK. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase in new condition with original tags attached. Drop us a line at [email protected] so we know to keep an eye out for your return. Your refund will be processed using the original form of payment (excluding shipping & handling charges) Please note, all sale items are final sale.
At this time, we only issue refunds for returns, we do not offer credit notes, exchanges or gift cards.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via baethelabel.com. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
Do I have to pay for postage if I return an item?
Yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if BAE The Label is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors. This will need to be negotiated through our Customer Care. Contact us at [email protected]
How do I exchange?
We are unable to process exchanges online right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for your required size.
How much does domestic shipping cost within Australia?
We offer FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $150.00.
Orders under $150 are a flat rate of $10.00*. Express Shipping also available for a flat rate of $14.00.

How fast is your shipping?
We use Australia Post eParcel standard shipping service. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be there to sign between 9am and 5pm or alternatively an address where you can use the shipping instructions “authority to leave” that way we can leave your shipment in a secure area if you are not home. This will help our couriers achieve the timeframes set out in our “shipping & returns” page.
If you need your items sooner than our quoted timeframes, email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to express post your parcel via Australia Post for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer Express Worldwide Shipping, but we do not cover the cost of customs duties and taxes that are regulated and issued by your government. For more details, see our ‘shipping & returns’ page.
Does Shipping include customs, duties and or/taxes required by my country?
BAE The Label is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. For more information, please visit our shipping & returns page.
Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
How Fast is your shipping internationally?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we estimate you will receive your delivery within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping sometimes vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
What is your international return policy?
For online orders, we accept returns in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to post your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please note that all sale items are final sale.
How do I return an internationally shipped order?
Send your returns back to us directly using your preferred courier service. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
We will refund you the cost of your items in full if we receive your return within our return policy window. However, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through BAE The Label.
What does Final Sale mean?
All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What happens if I purchase a gift for someone that is “Final Sale”?
Items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our ‘Final Sale’ policy and can’t be returned.
Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked final sale cannot be returned. If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return, we will not process a return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.
Something I ordered is now on sale. Will you match the new price?
We offer price adjustments on items purchased online at full price within 7 business days of the item being placed on sale. All approved price adjustments will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for your bank to process your refund.
We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale, on any special promotion that temporarily reduces the price, or if the item is no longer in stock.
