  • AUSTRALIAN RETURNS:

    Not quite right?... no worries!
    We want you to love your Bae items so we're here to help.

    Please note: Returns for online orders are applicable to full price items only* and are at the cost of the customer. Items must meet ALL of the below criteria to be eligible for a return or exchange:

    • All returns must be sent within 14 Days of your order date.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging and placed in a suitable parcel bag.
    • Once your return is received back in our warehouse and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed within 7 days.

    *Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. For more info on Final Sale, Bundles and Promotional returns, see bottom of this page.

    Refunds & Exchanges:

    1. Lodge your return with our Customer team to obtain an RA number.
    2. Package your goods in all original packaging, items must be unworn and in as-new condition with all tags attached.
    3. Print and securely attach the provided returns label to the front of your return package. Your return label can be purchased when lodging your request via our team.
    4. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of delivery back to our warehouse for your return to be processed.

    NOTE: If we receive a return for an item marked 'final sale' you will be contacted to arrange for it to be re-shipped to you at your own cost. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on 'Final Sale' items.

    Faulty and Incorrect items:

    We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty or incorrect garment. Our warehouse team do ensure all items are subject to a quality control prior to dispatch but please keep in mind that human error can occur from time to time.

    In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please notify us via the below email link as soon as possible.

    We based in Melbourne, Australia. All returns are to be made to our Australian Warehouse.

    Exchanges:

    We are unable to offer international exchanges.  If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you return your original order for a refund in accordance with our return conditions above, and re-purchase the desired item.

Final Sale, Bundle & Promotional, Returns

We're unable to offer returns or exchanges for Final Sale items. Our Final Sale message is displayed on Product Pages, at cart and on order invoices to communicate this message.

Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty or your order being fulfilled incorrectly.

We do not provide price adjustments/matches for prior purchases during sale or promotional periods.

Please note, our Buy & Save promotion requires you to purchase a minimum amount to qualify for the promotion and receive the desired discount.

Therefore, if you return an item that then changes your order to no longer meet the conditions of the promotion, the amount you’re refunded will be adjusted to exclude any promotional discounts you received.

Your refund will be based on the individual item price paid after the promotional discount had been applied.

Our Bundles offer discounts to the customer based on the customer purchasing a minimum number of items. Therefore, to return an item from a bundle, all items within the bundle must also be returned

Refunds or store credits may be issued for single item returns at the discretion of Bae The Label.

Any single item refunds/store credits will be issued based on the individual item price paid after the bundle discount had been applied (you will not be refunded the original item RRP as a discount was applied to your bundle order).

The amount you’re refunded will be adjusted to exclude any promotional discounts you received.

Bae The Label eGift Cards are available to Australian customers only.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. 

We do not provide price adjustments/matches for prior purchases on promotional periods.

Gift Cards cannot be purchased in storewide promotional discounts.
