Returns for online orders are applicable to full price items only. Items must meet ALL of the below criteria to be eligible for a return or exchange:
- All returns must be sent within 14 Days of your order date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and placed in a suitable parcel bag.
- Once your return is received back in our warehouse and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed within 7 days.
*Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. For more info on Final Sale, Bundles and Promotional returns, see bottom of this page.
NOTE: All returns are to be logged and approved via our AUSTRALIAN RETURNS PORTAL before being sent back to Bae.

AUSTRALIAN REFUNDS

- Lodge your return via our AUSTRALIAN RETURNS PORTAL
- Package your goods in all original packaging, items must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached.
- Print and securely attach the provided returns label to the front of your return package.
- Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of delivery back to our warehouse for your return to be processed.
When your return has been received $12.20 for the cost of your return label provided will be deducted from your refund.
If we receive a return for an item marked 'final sale' you will be contacted to arrange for it to be re-shipped to you at your own cost. We do not offer refunds on Final Sale items.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges for online orders are applicable to full price items only. Items can be exchanged online or in-store at our Bae Boutique - Hawthorn East, VIC. Items must meet all criteria outlined above to be eligible for an exchange.

- Package your returning goods in all original packaging, items must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached.
- Print and securely attach the provided returns label to the front of your return package.

If you request an exchange you will need to pay $12.20 on the returns portal. Exchange requests are not always guaranteed and are subject to stock availability.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty or incorrect garment. Our warehouse team do ensure all items are subject to a quality control prior to dispatch but please keep in mind that human error can occur from time to time.
In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please notify us via the below email link as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Bae is based in Melbourne, Australia. All returns are to be made to our Australian Warehouse.
Returns are applicable to full price items only. Customers are required to pay all return costs (see table below for individual country costs.
Items must meet ALL of the below criteria to be eligible for return:
- All returns must be sent within 14 Days of your order date.

Option A:
Pre-Paid Express Post Return
We'll arrange return shipping for you - a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please see the table at bottom of page for country-specific returns fees.
- Contact our Customer Care team to request a Return Authorisation Number (RA number).
- An RA number and a pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you. (note: return labels expire within 10 days of issue if unused).
- Package your goods in all original packaging, items must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached.
- Print and securely attach the provided returns label to the front of your return package and note your RA number within your parcel.
- Book a collection online or visit your nearest DHL drop off point to send your items back to us.
Option B:
Self Arranged Postage Return
Send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice. Please note that return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer when choosing this method.
- Contact our Customer Care team to request a Return Authorisation Number (RA number).
- Package your goods in all original packaging, items must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached. Please include your RA number in your parcel so we can process your return.
*NOTE: (We recommend insuring your package and advising our Customer Care team of your tracking number once shipped)
